Rico is 13 years old, and sadly, his owner has passed away. For his age, Rico is incredibly energetic and lively. He’s small in size, making him a perfect fit for both a house or an apartment. It’s heartbreaking for a dog to end up in a shelter at this stage of life, and Rico deserves a loving home to spend his golden years.
